Thankful Tuesday

I think a friend of mine had a BRILLIANT idea when she has a Thankful Thursday post on her blog each week... a way to keep us focused on what God is doing in our lives. I have decided to attempt this but I want to do it on Tuesday (to be a little different so I am not completely copying her ;-) )

Things to be Thankful for today:
1. My job... I truly do have an amazing and easy going job.
2. My friends... constantly making life interesting
3. My apartment... I have it for one more week. It started one fantastic chapter of my life and for that will always have sweet memories for me
4. My phone... It is a lifeline at times
5. My health... Through this sick season of everyone getting sick, God really kept a shield around me and for that I am truly grateful
6. My family... of course, I wouldn't be me without them
7. The Woods... my second family, definitely a source of sanity in this crazy world at times
8. My cats... it sounds crazy, but they are so laid back and loving and i am greeted by them everyday, they just make me smile
9. My car... why not? It is cute and reliable and truly a blessing in my life
10. and of course to Jesus, who every day I wake up thankful to for the sacrifice He made for me and the love HE gives me daily, even when it is so undeserved

Okay, so there are probably so much more ... and I probably won't do as much each week... but I thought 10 is a good number to begin with :)
